How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location:

  • Australia: 2–8 business days
  • New Zealand: 6–27 business days
  • International: 6–27 business days

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

How much is shipping?

  • Australia: $6.95 or free over $100
  • New Zealand: $10.95 or free over $120
  • International: $14.95 or free over $150

Do you offer tracking?

Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you once your order has shipped.

You can also track your order through the Shop app if you choose to use it.

Orders

Where is my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

If it’s been more than a few days and you haven’t received tracking, contact us at loztronicstore@gmail.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to update or cancel it.

Email us as soon as possible at loztronicstore@gmail.com.

I entered the wrong address — what do I do?

Contact us immediately.

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.

If it has already shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30‑day return window for unused items in original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How do I start a return?

We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes. The quickest way is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order for the item you want.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or solution.
